Perfect Skin Smoothie Recipe

No one tells you the first step to skin care is what you put inside your body.

The first step in skin care is the food you eat. I am not a dermatologist and don't claim to be one. I recommend going to a dermatologist and professional for skin care at first, but my experience with a dermatologist has not been positive. For example, I went for skin care and I head, oh, you have acne? Try this cream - instead of figuring out what's causing my acne. So now I'm using the same cream hundreds of other people are using, but what if the reason I have acne is different from those other people? Will this cream be effective in helping my skin in the long term, or is it just a temporary bandage that masks the problem? That's why I started working on my diet to improve my skin care. When I tell you I saw massive results - the photos speak for themself. With these smoothies, having most if not all the nutrients and vitamins your skin will glow. Your skin is the last organ to get these nutrients because your more vital organs need them first. So if you're missing vitamins/nutrition, it will eventually show on your skin.

This is the basic everyday perfect skin smoothie recipe. Drink this once a day for 30 days and note your progress. It contains your recommended Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, etc. Your skin shed every 30 days, eventually, your skin will glow since you're giving it the nutrients it needs.
